Crystal Quality Construction (CQC) provides general construction and renovation services for both residential and commercial properties. The specific scope of any project will be detailed in a separate, written contract or work order signed by both parties.
All digital or verbal estimates are non-binding and subject to an on-site inspection. Official quotes are valid for thirty (30) days from the date of issuance. CQC reserves the right to adjust pricing based on unforeseen structural issues or fluctuations in material costs discovered during the project.
For most projects, an initial deposit is required to secure scheduling and materials. Progress payments will be outlined in the project contract. Final payment is due immediately upon substantial completion of the work. Failure to provide timely payment may result in a suspension of work.
The client agrees to provide CQC and its subcontractors safe and unobstructed access to the work site during agreed-upon hours. Delays caused by lack of access or site preparation by the client may result in additional labor charges.
Crystal Quality Construction is fully insured. While we take every precaution to protect your property, we are not liable for pre-existing structural issues, hidden electrical or plumbing defects, or damages resulting from client-directed changes to standard building procedures.
